Our Team

Vern Lee

Vern is a co-owner of Lee Recreation, and has been in the playground industry for over 25 years. He heads nearly all of Lee Recreation community builds, ensuring that each playground gets his seal of approval. Along with installing, Vern also does sales, works trade show booths, and does playground inspections.

Lana Lee

Lana is a co-owner of Lee Recreation, and has been in the playground industry for over 20 years. She is the brains behind the operation. Not only does she work both inside sales and outside sales, but also does order entry, warranty/replacement part requests, accounts receivable/payable, and so much more.

Ryan Lee

Ryan has been selling for Lee Recreation for over 14 years. He started installing playgrounds in high school, working for the family business through all of high school and college. After college, Ryan transitioned to sales and playground design. He takes care of all design work for Lee Recreation, occasionally installs, designs marketing materials, and maintains the Lee Recreation website.

Megan Lee Cunningham

Megan has been selling for Lee Recreation for over 5 years. She started with the family business by doing miscellaneous office work throughout high school. After getting her Masters in 2012, she joined the Lee Recreation sales force. Megan (aka Mugsy) is also Lee Recreation’s trade show booth superstar!

Toby Probst

Toby joined the Lee Recreation team in the summer of 2016. Toby is an integral member of our “in-house” installation team.

Jeff Thompson

Jeff joined the Lee Recreation sale team in the fall of 2019. Previously, Jeff was a teacher for 18 years, providing him with a wealth of knowledge regarding how schools are run, budgets, and working with PTA/PTO groups. He is also the father to a first grader and fourth grader.
